We offer the options of Pick up from store or Delivery

Shipping Charges

While Pick up from Store is Free, Shipping Charges is calculated based on the Postcode. Charges are calculated at the Checkout. You can also use the Shipping Calculator to see the charges when you are on the item page.

Delivery Address

Delivery to a Physical Address Only, we do not deliver to PO Box
Delivery to Ground Floor or Loading Dock Only
Delivery during Office Hours Only

Processing Time

We make every effort for a quick processing time. Some of our products are made to order and have a longer processing time. This varies from 2 - 20 business days.

Shippment Time

We use multiple courier service for delivery. Once the order is dispatched delivery time frame depends on the carrier.

Tracking the Order

Once the order is dispatched an email confirmation will be send with tracking information. The consignment can be tracked directly on carrier's website.
